Own Acer Aspire AM3100 desktop with Vista Home Premium. Will I have trouble running 2002 version of MS office?

I am concerned that 2008 version of Windows Vista Home Premium will not run with the older Microsoft Office version that I have. Any feedback would be appreiciated. Thanks!
